Duties

Assist in managing daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained. Supervise and train hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with the Hotel Manager in implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee human resources functions, including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and recruitment processes. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels. Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services and increase occupancy rates. Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential. Proven experience in guest services, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Background in human resources management is advantageous. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams to achieve high performance standards. Familiarity with hotel management software and systems will be beneficial.
