Assistant HR Advisor






About this opportunity







We're looking for a proactive

Assistant HR Advisor

to support the delivery and development of HR services across the Council. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of HR activities, including policy development, data analysis, and project support.




Key Responsibilities:




Support HR policy development and provide guidance to managers Maintain and improve HR systems, forms, and communications Organise stakeholder engagement and consultation activities Conduct research and benchmarking to inform HR strategy Assist with HR projects and transformation initiatives



Ideal Candidate:




Strong organisational and communication skills Interest in developing a career in HR Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks




This role is available on a fixed term until March 2026
