The project: Anglian Water has confirmed an unincorporated joint venture between AtkinsRealis, Mace and Turner & Townsend as its new Programme Delivery Partner (PDP) to support its capital investment delivery over the next fifteen years. This will begin with the water company's biggest ever business plan for Asset Management Period 8 (AMP8), worth 11 billion, which kicked off in April and will continue until 2030.


The 1 billion agreement, which is set to last until the end of AMP10 in 2040, will see a partnership with Anglian Water across its entire investment programme to drive delivery for its customers and the environment. It will include major projects such as its two new reservoirs, in the Fens and Lincolnshire.


This is one of the largest contracts of its type offered to date in the water industry, presenting a unique opportunity for the JV to work across Anglian Water's entire, wide-ranging capital investment programme. The PDP will work in a fully integrated and collaborative way with Anglian Water to deliver this programme, as well as its subsequent business plans for the following decade.

Undertakes delivery of the information management (IM) discipline for client projects/programmes, ensuring efficient information management and successful project/programmes. Executes IM function to defined strategy, plans and processes and in line with standards. Ensures that documents and project artefacts are to standard, labelled and filled appropriately. The role is to learn, understand, develop and implement processes described within ISO19650 including how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery.


You'll be responsible for:

Following IM processes effectively and efficiently and adhere to standards (Inc ISO19650) for client-facing projects and programmes. Contributing to ensuring the project/programme IM function effective and efficient such that project personnel can access information they need. Supporting and guides project/programme colleagues in IM practices and processes. Assuring and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored. Contributing to the set-up, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE). Contributing to global digital centre of excellence including body of knowledge, processes, case studies. Coordinating activities ensuring management and successful project/programmes. Coordinating work activities to achieve agreed objectives and provide performance management, development and coaching. Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, assoc of Information Managers, (or equivalent). Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, business collaborator, etc. ISO 19650 certification. Good written and oral communication, used to working with different stakeholders. Disciplined, methodical and organised. Construction, property, and real estate industry. Security, cyber security, data protection awareness. Experience of working in an international setting either remotely from or outside the UK. ISO 19650 series, UK BIM Framework, CDE management. Familiarity with information architecture, naming, numbering, filing conventions. Working towards technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, experience of software e.g. Aconex, SharePoint.
