Conwy's IT & Digital Transformation Service is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual keen to develop their skills within our team.


You should be a highly motivated team player keen to progress and assist in the delivery of our IT & Digital Services for the Council's 2500+ users as we modernise the way we work and operate.


As a member of the IT Education and Schools Team you will be expected to demonstrate your ability to support a range of school-based technologies and systems, attain IT system expertise, document solutions and have a strong customer focus.


You should have the capability to understand how we support and develop a range of IT related areas including a variety of operating systems (Windows, iOS, Chrome / Linux) and software / device management platforms (Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Google environment, Apple School Manager).


A key area of the work we do is to ensure we meet the changing ICT demands of our users to help them to carry out their roles on a daily basis. In doing so you should demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively and to ensure the work you deliver is to the highest possible standards.
