Job Description

Reports to: Lead Instructor

Core Responsibilities:

Set up and pack down sessions in coordination with the Lead Instructor - Supervise campers during activities and transitions - Provide 1:1 support to campers who need help with tasks or confidence - Act as spotter during drone flight sessions and help maintain order and safety - Help manage soldering tools, charge batteries, and prepare creative materials - Support campers with gate builds, presentations, and participation during the final event

Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience working with children or in a camp/school setting - Interest in STEM, robotics, or drones (training provided) - Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete) - Awareness of basic health and safety procedures

Ideal Candidate:

- Friendly, proactive, and approachable - Willing to get stuck in with hands-on activities - Reliable team player with strong supervision instincts - Able to support campers with diverse needs and learning styles

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: 12.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
