Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, motivated Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced kitchen and support our growing team.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a busy kitchen
- Common sense and good judgment
- A flexible approach to work -- responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): supporting kitchen operations, training new staff, creating staff rotas, placing supplier orders, posting adverts, simple admin jobs, creating social media posts, responding to reviews etc
- Flexible working hours - mainly 4pm-11pm (up to 1am Fri/Sat), with occasional daytime shifts
- Good understanding of the takeaway/hospitality industry
- Must be local or able to drive (not relying on public transport)
- Strong team player with a self-starting attitude
Ideally (but not essential):
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in hospitality
