About the role
We're looking for an
Assistant Restaurant Manager
to join the team at
The Brasserie
, one of Crieff Hydro's most popular dining destinations. Open daily for dinner, The Brasserie offers relaxed, contemporary dining with a focus on seasonal Scottish ingredients, carefully selected wines, and warm, attentive service.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations - leading by example during service, supporting the team on the floor, and keeping standards consistently high.
You'll also play a key role in coaching and developing a team of servers and bartenders - getting involved in training, rotas, recruitment, and team engagement. It's a hands-on, people-first role in a busy, friendly, and fast-paced restaurant environment.

What we need from you
Hospitality Experience
: Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a similar restaurant or hotel setting.
Leadership
: A confident, approachable team leader who brings out the best in others.
Organisation
: Calm under pressure and able to coordinate smooth, efficient service.

: Always ready to support your team and collaborate with other departments.
Passion for Food Drink
