We're looking for a motivated and passionate early years professional to support staff training and development across our nurseries to maintain high quality teaching and learning for the children. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves mentoring, coaching, and driving quality practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Support delivery of training sessions and training days
Coach and mentor staff to improve teaching and care
Lead on staff CPD tracking and professional development plans
Carry out in-room observations and provide feedback
Promote the EYFS 2025 and Birth to 5 Matters guidance
Support induction of new staff, apprentices, and Room Leaders
Work closely with the Area L&D Manager and senior team
Ensure our curriculum and pedagogy are embedded consistently
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (Level 5, EYTS or similar desirable)
Previous experience in mentoring, training, or leading practice
Strong understanding of child development and quality provision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, reflective, and proactive
Able to travel between sites as needed
