Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and organised Assistant Sports and Leisure Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of leisure activities within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for hospitality, and a dedication to delivering exceptional guest services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in creating memorable experiences for our visitors while ensuring smooth operational functions within our Swimming Pool Facility and our new activity plans.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise the leisure team to ensure high standards of service delivery. Develop and implement programmes and activities that cater to diverse guest interests. Coordinate bookings, schedules, and event logistics efficiently. Maintain excellent guest relations by providing personalised and attentive service. Oversee the maintenance of leisure facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Manage budgets, stock levels, and procurement processes related to leisure operations. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of leisure services within the organisation.

Requirements



Proven management experience within the hospitality or leisure sector. Strong understanding of guest services and customer satisfaction principles. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership. Relevant qualifications in management or hospitality are desirable but not essential. A genuine passion for creating engaging leisure experiences for guests. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead a vibrant team in delivering outstanding leisure services while fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors. Must Hold NPLQ Certificate. Must Hold Pool Plant Room Operator Certificate.
Pay Dependant on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
