Join Close Brothers Commercial Acceptances Team Join the Close Brothers team and play a key role in supporting the management of loans for property developer bridging and investor clients. As part of our collaborative and professional team, we are looking for someone with experience in assessing lending opportunities and a strong understanding of risk and financial modelling. You will work closely with your Line Manager and Portfolio Managers to ensure our portfolio is managed with care and in full alignment with our Credit and Risk policies. This role involves liaising with internal teams including Credit Control and Business Operations, as well as maintaining clear and supportive communication with our clients to ensure loans and applications are processed smoothly. You will also contribute to business development, marketing and networking activities, helping to promote the Commercial Acceptances brand. RESPONSIBILITIES



Support the due diligence process for new loan facilities, ensuring all lending requirements and credit controls are met in collaboration with your Line Manager and Portfolio Managers. Help assess and restructure existing facilities, including managing non-performing loans and identifying practical solutions. Maintain accurate customer account records and liaise with internal teams to uphold the integrity of financial data and systems. Assist with preparing Credit Committee papers and facility documentation, and take part in meetings, client communications and wider business development activities.

Have strong experience in managing client relationships and delivering excellent service. Are confident prioritising your workload, staying organised and working well under pressure. Communicate clearly, work well in a team and bring a proactive and professional approach. You have solid experience in property finance.
