What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our lettings team, you'll play a dual role, combining your expertise in renting properties with a strong focus on business development. Working within a supportive environment, you'll be instrumental in driving our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Rentals:

Proactively manage the full lettings cycle, from conducting viewings and negotiating offers to securing tenancies, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and renters.

Business Development:

Actively engage with landlords to win new instructions and expand our portfolio of properties. This includes identifying opportunities, building relationships, and showcasing Wilson Hawkins' value proposition.

Client Management:

Provide exceptional service to landlords and renters, addressing their needs, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Market Insight:

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the central London rental market, staying informed on trends, pricing, and competitor activity to provide expert advice.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with our amazing support team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Compliance:

Ensure all lettings operations adhere to UK residential lettings laws and regulations, maintaining ethical and compliant practices.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated individual with a genuine desire to progress their career within the real estate sector and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

More than 3 years of experience in the residential lettings industry, ideally at a Senior Lettings Consultant level or equivalent, looking to take on more responsibility.

Results-Driven:

A proven track record of successfully renting properties and winning new business.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Proactive & Ambitious:

A self-starter with a proactive approach to work, eager to take on new challenges and drive personal and company growth.

Professionalism:

Punctual, well-presented, and consistently demonstrates a professional demeanour.

Market Knowledge:

A good understanding of the London rental market is highly desirable.

Pay: 40,000.00-70,000.00 per year
