We are a well-established, independent Estate Agency with six offices across the Chilterns and South Buckinghamshire. We are currently seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator to assist our Lettings Manager to oversee the day-to-day lettings operation, deliver exceptional service to tenants and landlords, ensure progress during a period of significant change, and help to drive the success of our growing lettings portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Support Lettings Management:
You will assist the Lettings Manager with the daily operations of the lettings department, acting as a key point of contact and assisting with valuations, listings, legislative guidance, team support and issue escalation.
Marketing & Business Development:
You will assist the Lettings Manager in marketing properties, promoting the company's letting services to generate new business, ensuring landlord retention and tenant satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Training:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legislation, whilst assisting with the implementation and training of new CRM software and supporting with the implementation of RRB law changes
Property Management:
Resolve landlord and tenant queries efficiently and ensure pre-let maintenance and compliance is carried out where required, whilst effectively handling any disputes, ensuring smooth tenancies and satisfied clients.
Administrative Support:
Ensure all lettings paperwork is accurate and completed on time, maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and support with rent collection, inspections, and maintenance coordination when required.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure the lettings team complies with all relevant legislation and company procedures and stay informed about industry changes, updating the team as necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years in a lettings or property management role (Senior Lettings Negotiator or higher).
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation
Experience of valuing and listing rental properties
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced lettings environment.
ARLA qualification preferred.
Full driving licence required.
