Assistant Lettings Manager
. While no direct lettings or property experience is necessary,
previous management experience is essential

What You'll Do:
Support the day-to-day operations of our busy lettings department.
Assist in coordinating and undertaking property viewings, valuations, property inspections, and marketing activities.
Assist the Property Managers and Tenancy Coordinators to ensure smooth tenancy processes and excellent customer service.
Contribute to efficiency improvements
Manage and drive performance, ensuring the office meets and exceeds its targets.
Act as a problem solver, resolving issues quickly and effectively for tenants, landlords, and contractors.
Contribute to business growth by supporting marketing initiatives and spotting new opportunities.
Work with the wider group to identify cross sell opportunities
Have a growth mindset and a hunger to develop your skills, both with the support of the business and on your own.
What We're Looking For:
Proven management experience
- confident in motivating a team and achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills
- able to engage professionally with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
Exceptional customer service skills

Strong organisation and time management
- capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset
- proactive, resilient, and solution-focused under pressure.
Tech-savvy
- comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- essential for this role.
