Assistant Lettings Manager

Key Responsibilities
Registering applicants and generating new business
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Gain feedback and follow up after viewings
Facilitate negotiations between tenants and landlords
Meeting prospective tenants to understand their needs and build rapport
Liaise with landlords and all parties involved in rental agreements
Answer client queries via email, phone, or in person
Explain tenancy agreements and arrange the signing process
Organise rent payments and other financial duties
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal guidelines
Conduct mid-term inspections and report to landlords
Process tenant application forms
Coordinate maintenance issues and liaise with contractors
Essential Requirements
Full Driving License
Basic IT skills
Lettings Industry Experience
Knowledge of the local area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
