Assistant Maintenance Manager

who's hands-on, high energy and ready to help keep things running like a dream behind the scenes.

Your Mission:

As Assistant Maintenance Manager, you'll be the right hand to our Maintenance Manager--supporting daily operations, tackling quick fixes, and keeping the big picture in mind, all while making sure the Moxy energy stays alive!

What You'll Be Doing:

Support & Lead

- assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing maintenance operations, and step up when needed.

Safety First

- help ensure compliance with safety, fire, and health regulations.

Teamwork

- coordinate with your small but mighty team, contractors, and other departments.

Hands-On Help

- get involved in routine checks, emergency repairs, and day-to-day problem solving.

Upkeep

- maintain equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and the overall property.

Communicate Clearly

- keep everyone in the loop with clear, positive communication.

What We're Looking For:

Experience

- proven background in maintenance or engineering, ideally within hospitality.

Team Player

- able to support the manager and motivate the team.

Problem Solver

- cool under pressure, with a knack for finding solutions quickly.

Flexible & Positive

- ready to face challenges with determination and a smile.
