. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, working closely with Sales and Operational teams to drive financial performance and business success.What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing and analysing
monthly management accounts
to provide clear business insights. Conductingvariance analysis
,product costing
, andstock reporting
. Providingfinancial commentary
to support decision-making. Partnering withoperational teams
to drive cost efficiencies and profitability. Assisting withfinancial analysis of departmental spend
andmonth-end reporting
. Supporting ad hocprojects and reporting requirements
.What We're Looking For:
Graduate/AAT qualified
/Part-Qualified Accountant
with SME ormanufacturing experience
. Strongcommercial mindset
- able to translate numbers intoactionable insights
. ExcellentExcel skills
and experience working withlarge datasets
. Ambition and drive to grow with the business, taking on increased responsibilities. Outstandingcommunication skills
, with the confidence tochallenge and influence
