As we grow, we're looking for a

Junior Management Accountant

to support our Finance Director and help strengthen our central finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assist with monthly management and consolidated accounts Post journals, accruals, and prepayments Reconcile balance sheet accounts Analyse site-level P&Ls, cost of sales, wages, and other KPIs Support budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting Assist with VAT returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations Maintain the fixed asset register Oversee the accounts payable function Contribute to process improvements and internal controls Work closely with site managers and the operations team Assist with the statutory audit and year-end reporting

Requirements

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or Accounting degree with experience 1-2 years' experience in a finance or management accounting role Strong Excel skills; experience with Xero or similar systems is a plus Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Confident communicator - comfortable working with finance teams, non-finance staff, and external third parties Experience in multi-site or hospitality businesses is desirable Positive, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
