Refined Brands' first investment was completed into the Celtic & Co. brand in February 2021, with Turtle Doves joining the group in September 2022, then Kettlewell Colours and Frugi in November 2022.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities include:
Manage global-e reconciliations and invoicing.
Complete monthly and weekly bank reconciliations accurately and on time.
Manage the Payables ledger and supervise preparation of supplier payment runs with the Finance Assistant
Complete digital partner invoicing
Help to set up new processes as we add new channels to the business.
Post month-end journals, accruals, and prepayments.
Assist the Group Management Accountant in preparing monthly management accounts and financial information packs, including stock and fixed asset registers.
Supervise and support the Finance Assistant, helping to improve efficiency across finance processes.
Provide financial information and analysis to internal departments when needed
Support the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and audit requirements
Provide various cover for the Finance Assistants for other group companies when required (e.g. Annual Leave).
Take on additional finance-related tasks as requested by management.

Experience Required:
Essential: AAT qualified or equivalent
Essential: 3 years experience in a previous role
Desirable: Experience with using NetSuite.
Skills & Capabilities:
Knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Strong IT skills, in particular Excel
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to self-manage and motivate
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
