Senior Manager - 2Taps Belfast
Full-Time | 40 Hours | Salary (depending on experience) + tips | City Centre

We're 2Taps Wine Bar, a family-owned Spanish tapas restaurant and terrace in the heart of Belfast. We've just celebrated 20 years of business and are looking ahead to the next 20. Our team is growing, and we're now looking for a Senior Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a contracted 40-hour per week role, perfect for someone with strong hospitality experience who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment and is passionate about guest experience, team culture, and delivering excellence.

What you'll do:

Lead shifts with confidence and energy Deliver an outstanding guest experience every time Handle bookings, diary management, and guest complaints Support, motivate, and train the front-of-house team Ensure restaurant cleanliness and service standards Contribute to weekly admin and leadership tasks within our 2Taps Workflow Model
About you:

At least 2 years' management experience in hospitality Strong communicator, motivator, and role model Calm under pressure with a focus on guest experience Organised, reliable, and a genuine team player
