Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to food safety standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices. Manage inventory and food production processes to maintain quality and efficiency. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership. Ensure high standards of food safety are maintained at all times. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and implement promotional activities. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and support for professional development.

Experience



Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Culinary experience or formal training in food preparation is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is required. Experience in kitchen operations, including food production and cooking techniques. Background in hotel or barista services would be advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers alike.
