The Gardeners Arms is a community pub & restaurant in Altrincham with an excellent food and drink offering, and regular live music and events.
We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant manager to assist management in the smooth day-to-day running of the pub, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining an exceptional standard of service delivery and professionalism. You should be a well presented, motivated and proactive individual who will encourage team spirit and effectively communicate company policy to team members.
Our ideal candidate:
Would have experience in a high-volume, fast paced hospitality environment.
Cellar management experience.
Previous experience working in a similar role.
Ability to lead a team from the front.
Ability to cope under pressure.
Flexible attitude to working hours.
Confident and welcoming personality.
Eye for detail.
Ambition to progress within the hospitality sector.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
