We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Manager to join our team!
Heidi is an expanding bakery and coffee-shop brand with 6 stores around Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire. And we are looking for someone to come and join our management team in Central Windsor to help lead the charge in delivering fantastic customer service alongside the branch manager.
We bake everything from scratch in-house, importing many of our ingredients from the continent in order to make sure our product stands out in the high-street. We don't buy anything pre-made. Our products are chiefly French pastries, pizza, quiches, salads, speciality cakes and coffee. All of which are presented to a beautiful standard.
We follow the same philosophy with our coffee, using the best quality machinery, beans and methods to produce a truly fantastic cup.
We are looking for people with warm and inviting smiles, to create a memorable experience with excellent communication skills. You will have a passion for providing great service along with high standards of cleanliness and enjoy being part of a team as well as leading a team.
Our philosophy is simple: let our food and coffee do the talking.

Cheerful disposition

Experience working in a food and beverage front of house environment
Barista / Coffee experience
Flexibility in working hours
Key Job Roles:
Liaise with the Branch Manager
Ensuring FOH checks are correctly completed on a daily basis
To serve high numbers of customers with a friendly, efficient and polite manner.
To work with chefs and other team members productively.
To uphold the high standard of all food and drink we serve to every customer through training and experience.
To ensure we provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment at all times.
Taking responsibility for branch social media posts, responses to reviews and other customer communications
Ensure health and safety regulations are being strictly followed
Ensure all food hygiene protocols are being strictly adhered to
Ensuring that the team are kept busy and motivated
Lead the shift where needed to ensure exceptional service
Lead the team by example on up-selling our products
Other duties that may be necessary on occasion
