Livelyhood Pub Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager.We're on the hunt for a lively and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our independent pub family!Livelyhood is a successful, independent London pub operator, and our pubs are a place where meaningful connections are made and every guest leaves with a smile and a reason to return.About the RoleAs Assistant Manager, youxe2x80x99ll play a key role in shaping unforgettable guest experiences while supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub.This is a hands-on leadership role where youxe2x80x99ll help drive sales, coach and inspire your team, and bring energy to a space where food, drink, and warm hospitality come together.Who are You?

• You are passionate about developing people, coaching them, seeing their progression.

• You enjoy proactively supporting the General Manager to drive sales and exceed targets.

• Previous experience working with food and gardens/outdoor spaces would be a strong advantage

• Youxe2x80x99ve successfully held a management role in a busy, high-performing pub or restaurant (with a weekly turnover of xc2xa315k+).

This is a role where you will truly partner with the General Manager & work with the team to drive and grow the business, creating memorable guest experiences and delivering the very best of hospitality to our Wanstead community.What we are offering
