Ensure that all food preparation meets culinary standards and adheres to health regulations.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll processes as needed.

Skills
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate team members effectively.
