We're building something exciting - opening new locations across Central London, and we're looking for an Assistant Manager who is a natural leader, a true people person, and passionate about delivering great hospitality.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the store, inspiring and coaching your team, and making sure every guest leaves with an amazing JENKI experience.

What you'll do:

Lead by example, bringing positivity, energy, and warmth to every shift Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, from service flow to stock and reporting Coach, motivate, and develop your team to deliver their best work Be a people person who thrives on building strong connections with both team and guests Ensure drinks and service are consistently top quality, reflecting our high standards Take ownership of shift management -- opening, closing, and keeping everything running smoothly

Who you are:

A natural leader who loves working with people and bringing out the best in others Experienced in hospitality or retail, with strong operational know-how Friendly, proactive, and always ready to jump in and support the team Organised, reliable, and able to balance people leadership with operational detail Excited about being part of a fast-growing, innovative brand
