Duties
Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the restaurant or hospitality venue
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective teamwork
Manage food preparation and production processes, adhering to food safety regulations
Support in menu planning and execution, contributing to culinary creativity and innovation
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and enhance service quality
Experience
Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production
Previous experience in team management, demonstrating leadership skills
Background in serving or barista roles is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
