An exciting new position has arose in one our new Beverley store

30 hrs Assistant Manager role

The position would offer a great opportunity for someone with previous retail supervisory experience

You will have the following skills:-

Ability to assist in everyday retail operations. An effective communicator and strong team player If part time you will need to be flexible and adaptable. Ability to deliver excellent customer service A flair for merchandising and a passion for the Weird Fish brand. Ability to supervise store in the absence of both the manager and assistant manager. Confidence in cash handling procedures

Summary of main purpose of the role:-

The Assistant Manager is responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty or unavailable on the floor. The Key Holder will, in the absence of manager/ deputy manager, supervise all employees and oversee sales, merchandising, customer service and all operational functions in the absence of store management.

Experience Level

Previously an experienced Key holder or equivalent in a customer focussed retail environment. Clothing retail experience. This also includes being able to work weekends and evenings.

Main Duties/responsibilities:-

To always implement a high level of customer service. To take responsibility for tasks designated by the manager and to be responsible for store keys. Holding responsibilities - maintaining standards in order to meet operational needs of the store. To abide by all Weird Fish Rules and regulation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 24,453.00 per year
