This is an opportunity to join Deloitte's award-winning creative agency 368. With around 110 people based in London, Leeds, and Hyderabad our agency has a critical role in ensuring we effectively reach our clients in the UK, NSE (North South Europe), and Globally. We have a full Concepting, Design and Film offering including an inhouse Film Studio as well as specialist teams devoted to UX & Development, Deloitte branded experiences, social media, Strategy and SEO as well as a full team of Account Leads and Project Managers. Our agency is a fun and friendly place to work with a great team feel.


This role will be 100% focused on supporting our Deloitte Bids offering, working within a dedicated team to create innovative designs to help our Bids stand out from our competitors and help potential clients visualise the value and impact of Deloitte.

Liaise with stakeholders to advise on the optimal approach to Bids with regards to the visual look and feel, the hierarchy of information, brand and accessibility Maintain quality control across different iterations, and manage expectations of stakeholders with regards to timings and deadlines Execute design concepts that help bring our bid documents to life in ways that are clear, confident and human and that articulate often complex concepts using your visual skills Collaborate with the wider Creative department and design team within the 368 agency to ensure you are fully cognizant of, and adhere to best practice both from a design and brand POV Working in an agile way, you will produce conceptual design and page layouts for the bids in both InDesign and PowerPoint (depending on the requirement) taking on amends and working in a collaborative way with the team You will be working with a number of different stakeholders and on different Design briefs simultaneously, so this role will suit someone who thrives working to deadlines You will enjoy working as part of a team and contribute ideas and support as required You'll be expected to originate work that is distinctive and impactful and ensure it's designed to a high standard and aligns with our brand and accessibility requirements You will use your 'can-do' attitude to overcome any challenges, and be constructive and imaginative at overcoming any hurdles you encounter You will work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

This role would suit a person with a creative and pragmatic mindset who has the ability to transform what are often dry and detailed bids documents into communications that are clear, simple, intelligent and human and create designs that will resonate with different audiences. As a strong communicator you will be able to manage expectations in a positive but firm way with the ability to both collaborate and challenge as necessary.


Essentials:

Experience working with senior stakeholders and sharing your communication expertise with them and the wider team, to ensure the creative work isn't compromised
Working experience of creating documents in both PowerPoint and InDesign Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and an articulate communicator Strong design skills. We're looking for clean, typographically elegant, imaginative and impactful work that demands a second look Ability to interpret data and create engaging data visualisations Confidence in explaining ideas and staying calm, when approaching deadlines create stress A 'can-do' attitude combined with a pragmatic approach
