Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Support in managing inventory and food production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and maintain food quality standards. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to meet operational needs while considering employee availability. Monitor financial performance, including sales and expenses, to contribute to budget management.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector, particularly in restaurants or hotels, is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required. Experience in bartending or culinary roles is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by operational needs.
