We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Assistant Manager to join our team at Park Road Dental Practice for a permanent position.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dental practice. You will work closely with the Practice Manager, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Practice Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the dental clinic.
Support the administrative functions, including appointment scheduling, patient records management, and billing, debts.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Leading the reception team.
Assist in managing the dental team, including training and scheduling.
Collaborate with the Practice Manager to implement and enforce practice policies and procedures.
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring necessary stock levels are maintained.
Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide recommendations for improving clinic operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role is an asset.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of dental software, SOE would be preferential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
