Summary



'Assistant Manager' role at Lucy Lodge in Bridlington offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support our dedicated care team working alongside the Registered Manager. Based in Bridlington, this position plays a vital role in maintaining our commitment to excellent mental health support and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of service.



Support and supervise staff to deliver compassionate care. Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Contribute to creating a positive environment for residents and staff. Support administrative tasks related to care management. Promote best practices in food safety and hygiene within the home. Holistic promotion of well-being, to include emotional, mental & physical health. Involvement in all aspects of care planning, to involve assessments and contextual safeguarding, including children's safeguarding. Staff support and management, to include involvement in recruitment, induction, supervision and professional development. Assist in all aspects of budgetary control relating to the Home. Assist in ensuring the effective preparation and implementation of rotas and provision of on call Rota. Must be qualified in the administration of medications and able to complete this task when needed. Computer literate with a good knowledge of budgets and audits. 3 years experience of working with young adults, within mental health services. Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care and willingness to complete Level 5 in Leadership & Management. Must be willing to work with the Registered Manager on an alternative on-call system.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
