Overview:

We are seeking skilled Assistant Managers to oversee our vibrant bar operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional customer experiences. Succesful candidates will be trained by the current Assistant Manager.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness

- Develop and implement promotions to drive revenue

- Train and mentor bar staff on best practices in bartending, food production, and customer service

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and drink offerings

- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

- Strong bartending background with knowledge of mixology and drink preparation

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

- Familiarity with supervising staff in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment

- Sound understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: 27,000-32,000 per year (depending on experience).
