Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant or establishment. Supervise and train staff in food and beverage service. Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with regulations. Manage the beverage and wine stocks and assist with planning to meet new trends. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Experience in team management, leadership, and training staff is beneficial.
