Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, assistant manager for a new Cafe Bar in Ramsbottom.

The candidate must have previous experience working in a supervisory or management

within the hospitality industry.

The Old Bank is a small local business, with a friendly team, serving light meals, coffee and cakes plus a full bar serving cocktails, draught and other refreshments. The candidate will be Supervisory/management experience in the hospitality industry is

, in this role you will support and work alongside a general manager. We are looking for a passionate individual who can take responsibility over exciting initiatives such as promotions, events, drinks menu development and more.

Responsibilities may include:

Work alongside the MD and GM to ensure the smooth running of every day operation Assist with staff rotas and stock inventory Help to build engaging promotional material Ensure that your team follows the company policies and procedures and that the restaurant complies with licensing, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines Engage with customers to ensure a great experience Supervise and run shifts Train staff and ensure an exceptional level of customer service has been met
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
