We're recruiting for a qualified Accountant to join our Business Services department at Assistant Manager level, in either our Taunton, Yeovil, or Weymouth office.
In this role you'll work closely with a diverse range of clients, from Limited Companies to Sole Traders and Partnerships, preparing and reviewing accounts, as well as completing tax returns. You'll take the lead on small to medium sizes assignments and play a key supporting role on larger, more complex projects.
As a trusted advisor, you'll build strong relationships with your clients and be a go-to mentor for junior team members. Beyond the day to day, you'll have the chance to start contributing to the office's growth, getting involved in business development and helping to shape the future of our services.
What we need from you
Ideally you will:
Be ACA or ACCA qualified
Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years post qualified practice experience
Be a confident and collaborative team player, with experience of coaching others
Show excellent people skills and the ability to offer outstanding service to clients
Have self-motivation and a strong work ethic
