Your Role



As a Assistant Manager, you'll:

Lead a team with compassion and clarity Create inclusive rotas that respect both team needs and the individuals we support Champion personalised care planning and behavioural support Promote a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Essential:



A values-driven leadership style Experience supporting adults with complex behavioural need Experience in Positive Behaviour Support QCF Level 3 (or equivalent) Strong communication, numeracy, and digital skills A deep understanding of learning disabilities and complex needs
