We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise kitchen staff and manage team dynamics to foster a positive working environment. Engage in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes meet the establishment's quality standards. Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Train new staff members on food production techniques, service standards, and health regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and improve service offerings based on customer feedback. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership. Excellent culinary skills with an understanding of food safety regulations. Background in restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable. Ability to serve customers with a friendly attitude while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is essential.
