Assistant Manager
The Phene is an absolutely iconic pub in leafy residential Chelsea. With a beautiful garden space and hosting over a dozen events every week, there's never a dull moment!
We are serious about high quality fresh Bristish cooking and provide a high level of service in a friendly, convivial manner.
With one of longest-serving AM's leaving to travel the world after 8 years with us, we're looking for a superb manager to join the team and fill some big shoes.

What we look for in an Assistant Manager:
We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our fabulous, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a calm and pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and locals. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us. Ideally you will have strong bar knowledge, with previous experience of stocktaking, ordering, great wine and cocktails .

About Company: The Phene is a historic pub in the heart of residential Chelsea with a passion for seasonal British food, top-notch levels of service and a real attention to detail. Split over four floors, The Phene boasts a leafy terrace garden, three private dining rooms, a restaurant and two relaxed bar spaces. We host over a dozen events and functions a week, keeping us buzzing and vibrant throughout the year. Last year alone we had the pleasure of hosting over 220 weddings. Established in 1853, The Phene has recently become part of Young's, a fittingly historic partner, and we're looking forward to a new and very exciting chapter. '
