We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. Duties

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery. Supervise and motivate team members, including front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards across all areas. Support in training new staff members, including kitchen staff. Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and oversee inventory control. Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to ensure positive resolutions. Assist with organising special events or promotions to enhance business visibility.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices. Experience with team management and leadership roles in busy environments. Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is highly desirable.
This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to lead by example. Candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of food safety standards and possess the confidence to manage teams effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
