Ahoy there! Rapscallions is setting sail for Chichester -- and we're recruiting a bold and brilliant Assistant Manager to help steer our newest pirate-themed bar to success!

Rapscallions is all about rum-soaked revelry, great food, and unforgettable experiences. Already thriving in Southsea and Port Solent, our rambunctious crew is ready to bring the pirate life to Chichester -- and we need a talented second-in-command to join the voyage.

What you'll be doing

Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue Lead, motivate and train your deckhands (our awesome team!) Deliver top-tier hospitality and ensure every guest has a legendary time Maintain high operational and compliance standards Help drive sales, manage stock and build guest loyalty Champion our brand -- bringing the fun, energy and storytelling Rapscallions is known for

What we're looking for

Previous hospitality management / supervisory experience Passion for great service, great drinks and great people A proactive, energetic leader with a hands-on approach Calm under pressure and thrives in a lively atmosphere Someone ready to grow with a fast-expanding, ambitious brand
