Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Starbucks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or retail sector and have a proven track record of driving sales.We are a busy drive thru store in a high footfall area and a developing location. It's a busy store with weekend / holiday peaks and there is a large loyal customer base.
Duties
Supervising and supporting staff in daily operations Assisting with team management and training. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Providing exceptional customer service Collaborating with the Manager to achieve business goals
Skills
Leadership abilities within a hospitality setting Experience in hotel or restaurant operations Proficiency in team management and supervision Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards Strong organizational skills to help streamline daily tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
