About the Role:

We are looking for a full-time

Assistant Manager

to join our well-established practice in

Crowthorne

, supporting both our patients and our team in delivering exceptional care.


This is a permanent position for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, our ideal candidate takes pride in offering honest advice, building trust with patients, and being part of a team that delivers a quality service while supporting one another. You'll have the time, tools, and encouragement to do your job to a high standard, without feeling rushed or pressured. Collaboration is a big part of how we work, so you'll play a key role in making sure every patient has a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.


Alongside patient care, you'll take an active role in the day-to-day running of the practice. This includes front of house duties such as diary management, preparing clinics, ordering and managing stock, and help maintaining equipment.


As an Assistant manager, you'll lead by example by supporting the team on the shop floor, keeping standards high and being a calm, reliable point of contact for both colleagues and patients.
