The requires you to support the manager in maintaining the care of residents within our home and in the absence of the home Manager, to take responsibility for the day to day running of the home. You will be required to ensure that all company policies and procedures and legal requirements are adhered to within the defined time scales.
Duties will include:- ensuring all staff members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the home and to create an atmosphere conductive to the best interest of the residents.
Interacting with residents and ensuring their needs are being met.
Maintaining effective Communications with the home manager, residents, relatives, staff members and any other concerned bodies.
Obtaining reports from the person in charge and keeping the home manager informed.
Arranging and participating in staff and residents meetings when require.
