About Your Role:

In this role you'll support the Manager in the running of this venue, a busy bar, restaurant and off-sales. You will lead by example to give the best customer experience as well as co-ordinating with the Manager on all aspects of the running of the business.

About You:



You'll have at least a years experience in a management or supervisory level in a busy bar or restaurant in order to help steer the team here. A knowledge of food, cocktails and other drinks is desirable but a willingness to learn if you don't is essential. We've got all the tools, you just need to be excited to learn.
