What is East Street Kiosk by Tampopo

Tampopo is a fast-growing group of Far Eastern restaurants & QSR Kiosks in Manchester & London, soon to open more around the UK. We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager to work closely with the General Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team at East Street by Tampopo Kiosk at Trafford Centre Manchester to serve authentically delicious Far Eastern food with a smile.

You will

Possess relevant experience in food service and/or customer service. Demonstrate a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Maintain a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude. Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with specified recipes and meet high-quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and efficient environment that enhances the customer experience. Be the first point of contact for customers upon arrival, embodying the brand's values and setting a positive tone for their visit. Foster a friendly, approachable atmosphere that promotes customer satisfaction. Deliver food to customers promptly, ensuring timely service. Engage with customers in a genuine, personable manner, enhancing their overall dining experience. Actively participate in local marketing initiatives to drive engagement and awareness. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in food preparation and holding areas at all times. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned, supporting the delivery of high-quality products. Adhere to all company hygiene, HACCP, and Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Training & development

Full induction training given. We grow our people, and we believe in continuous coaching and development. If suitable, enrolment into our Management Development Programme. Future development may include new openings, training, operations, support centre.

Pay & Hours

OTE 13 per hour 35-45 hours per week
