JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager - Economic Crime Prevention Strategy, Change and Digitalisation
LOCATION(S): Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey
SALARY: Competitive Package
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in the office.
Candidates need to have the legal right to live and work in Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey. (Please note that this is different to the right to work in the UK)

This is an exciting position for an Economic Crime Strategy, Change and Digitalisation Assistant Manager to work within the Crown Dependencies. The role will provide vital support and management of Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) change and digitalisation programmes aimed at implementing new or improving existing ECP processes and controls.
You'll be part of a diverse team within Crown Dependencies Risk function, working collaboratively to support a fast-paced changing environment. You'll be empowered to use your knowledge and experience to help the business expand, and in return, we'll develop your skills further.
What you'll be doingSupports the implementation of the strategic plans that align with LBCM goals and objectives.
Support change initiatives to ensure smooth and effective implementation across Crown Dependencies businesses in relation to ECP.
Engaging with key stakeholders to provide key updates and ensure all parties have the required information to move forward.
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with initiatives ensuring any risks are managed proactively and escalations are made where required in a timely manner.
Works with risk and control owner teams to support deliver against detailed action plans identified through self-identification or second line, group audit or regulatory reviews.
Identify potential areas for improvements within the ECP business.
Supports the ongoing development of various automated / robotic solutions to enable the optimisation and automation of the ECP environment.
Supports timely reporting on the effectiveness and performance of projects through maintaining effective data quality, completeness and accuracy of testing and monitoring of project activities.

What you'll needKnowledge of change initiative programmes
Experience in different types of transformational change programmes to ensure changes are identified, redesigned, innovative whilst streamlining and optimising the ECP processes and controls.
Good organisational skills to support the preparation of documentation, including summarising data and information to produce and maintain standardised risk and control process maps
Ability to provide support to the ongoing development of control tooling solutions to enable the optimisation and automation of the control environment.
Analytical skills
Ability to understand and assimilate different sources of data and complex information
Ability to build rapport and support gaining commitment through strong personal identity.
Demonstrates a growth learning mindset and is open to new experiences.
