What would you do?

Support the General Manager with day-to-day senior duties - due diligence, ordering, scheduling, and learning and developed of the team.

Lead the team effectively through all aspects of service.

Provide and lead exceptional customer service expectations.

Manage the service of a wide variety of exceptional cooking.

Preparing all beverages - hot and cold to standard and train accordingly.

Work as part of a motivated, dynamic senior team.

Uphold our policies and procedures and health and safety standards.

Maintaining and manage standards around product quality and store cleanliness.

What do we need?

Proven experience of leadership working in a restaurant environment and a great individual personality to manage effectively.

Understanding of health and safety and following policy and procedures.

Willingness to learn and develop your leadership skills.

Outgoing, diverse, fun, inclusive, colourful, vibrant personalities.
Ability to lead efficiently under pressure during peak hours.

Be flexible to meet the business needs.
Be an ambassador for our Brand.
