The Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key part in the daily operations of the Lounge, working closely with the General Manager to lead the team and deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests. You'll be a hands-on leader, a natural motivator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting day-to-day running of front-of-house operations Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service Managing bookings, floor plans, and service flow during busy periods Helping to train and develop team members Handling customer feedback with professionalism and care Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering Upholding health & safety and licensing standards Acting as Duty Manager in the General Manager's absence

What We're Looking For

Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (hospitality preferred) A genuine passion for people, service, and great food & drink Confident leadership and communication skills Strong organisational abilities and a cool head under pressure A proactive attitude and eye for detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: 12.75-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
