What We're Looking For:
We're searching for someone who's not only skilled in the kitchen but also a natural leader, a team player, and a true ambassador for quality and customer experience.
This Role works on a weekly basis.
Weeks 1 & 3
Wednesday - 9am-2pm 4pm -10pm
Thursday - 9am-2pm 4pm -10pm
Friday - 4pm-11pm
Saturday - 4pm-11pm
Sunday 4pm-10pm
Weeks 2 & 4
Wednesday - 9am-2pm 4pm -10pm
Thursday - 9am-2pm 4pm -10pm
Friday - 9am-2pm 4pm -11pm
Weekend Off
You should have:
Excellent people management skills
- able to lead, inspire and get the best out of a diverse team
A calm, focused attitude -- especially during high-pressure service times
A hands-on, can-do mindset
- no task is too big or too small
Great organisational skills and an eye for detail
Strong communication skills
and a professional, customer-first approach

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Frying top-quality food that meets or exceeds our renowned high standards
Maintaining impeccable hygiene and a spotless working environment
Leading, managing, and motivating a diverse and hard-working team
Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional approach
Working evenings and weekends as part of a rota
Opening and closing the shops
Cash handling
Stock Management
Driving company vehicles in line with insurance policies
Supporting the team in running the shops in training and development
Working closely with the manager and team to ensure smooth operations
Working at other locations within the company when needed
