Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Lead and motivate FOH staff, fostering a positive team environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Support in the preparation and presentation of food & drink items, ensuring quality and consistency. Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary. Train new staff on food & drink preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service best practices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Assist in scheduling shifts for team members to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a culinary or hospitality role with leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience in bartending is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Flexibility to work varied shifts, primarily evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year
